How to draw a one point perspective...

First draw the horizon line and mark a point anywhere along that horizontal line.

The road and the fence converge and meet at that point on the horizon.

The trick to making it look realistic is that the fence posts and trees have to be vertical in comparison to your angled lines.

The size of objects must also get smaller as they get closer the your vanishing point.
